What is the difference between regular mushroom powder and French Mush powders + extracts?
The active ingredients of mushrooms (polysaccharides, beta-glucans) are not directly assimilable by the human body. To make them assimilable, these molecules need to be "broken down" through extraction. French Mush favors gentle ultrasonic extraction.
