What is loyalty at French Mush?
At French Mush, every order counts. You accumulate points with each purchase or mission, redeemable for vouchers or exclusive products.
The further you progress, the more you advance within the French Mush VIP Club — Mush Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with increasingly generous benefits.

📱 Access your loyalty area
1️⃣ Log in to your account
Go to your customer area and log in with the address used for your orders. You will receive a six-digit code by email.
2️⃣ Discover your loyalty interface
Once logged in, click on the "Loyalty" section to access your rewards universe.
3️⃣ Check your balance and rewards
You will see your points balance, your French Mush VIP Club status, and your rewards already used or available.
Two buttons allow you to go further: “Redeem now” to transform your points, and “My history” to track your missions, points earned, and codes used.

Discover all available missions to accumulate faster:

Transform your points into vouchers (€5, €10, €15, or €20) or exclusive French Mush products.

Your progress allows you to access new benefits according to your level:

✔ Each purchase earns you 1.25× more points!

🎁 How to use your vouchers?
1️⃣ For a simple purchase or a new subscription
When checking out, select your reward from the “Rewards” menu or enter your code in “Discount code”.
2️⃣ For a current subscription
1. Convert your points by clicking on “Redeem” from your loyalty area.
2. Copy the obtained code.
3. Go to your subscriber area (icon 👤 at the top right) then click on “Promo code”.
4. Paste your code and validate: the amount will be deducted from your next subscription order.
🧭 Practical tips
- The vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with an ongoing promotion.
- The points and vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of acquisition.
- When exchanging for a product, add at least one other item to your cart. Only available for purchases on the site.
Minimum order amount:
- €10 voucher → order ≥ €30
- €15 voucher → order ≥ €50
- €20 voucher → order ≥ €50
🤝 Referral Program
Do you like French Mush products? Invite your friends to discover them and enjoy a reward for each first validated purchase.
For your referral
Your referral benefits from €10 off their first order, with no minimum purchase.
To take advantage, they simply need to:
- click on your referral link;
- enter their email address;
- confirm their registration using the 6-digit code received by email.
Their discount code is then generated and can be used on their first order (not combinable with another promotional code or ongoing offer).
For you
As soon as your referral places their first order with their referral code, you receive 300 loyalty points, equivalent to €15 voucher to convert directly from your loyalty space.

Where to find your referral link?
Log in to your espace fidélité. At the bottom of the page, you will find your personal link to share via email, WhatsApp, or any other means of your choice.
