Shipping Policy
At French Mush, we undertake to deliver to you within the timeframe indicated in your order confirmation email, which is determined based on your shipping location.
Delivery times and costs
We make every effort to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally prepared within hours of their confirmation and dispatched within an estimated period of 24 business hours, subject to successful receipt of payment.

Multiple shipments
For orders containing several items, French Mush reserves the right to split shipments. However, delivery charges will be billed only once, regardless of the number of shipments.
Delivery arrangements
At French Mush, our products are dispatched by post or via a carrier selected according to the chosen delivery method and the order's destination.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Buyer when confirming their order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information provided before completing their purchase.
If the order has already been prepared by our logistics warehouse, no changes or cancellations can be made before it is dispatched. The Buyer must then wait to receive their order and, if they wish, submit a return request to our customer service team, in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Refund in the event of termination of an order
Any request to change or cancel an order must be sent to our customer service team as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.
Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, no further changes or cancellations can be made. You must then wait to receive your order and, if you wish, submit a return request in accordance with the conditions set out in our return policy and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event that FRENCH MUSH has to cancel an order for reasons that will be communicated to you by our customer service team, you will be refunded all sums paid, including any delivery charges, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from confirmation of the cancellation.
