Withdrawal Form

In accordance with the legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Once your order is being prepared, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You will therefore need to wait until you receive your package to exercise your right of withdrawal using this form.

As part of the processing of your withdrawal request, you will be asked to provide photos so that we can verify the condition of the products. For hygiene and safety reasons applicable to food supplements, only products that are unopened, unused, and unaltered are eligible for return and refund.
