The story behind the recipe

My mom always told me that the best things are made with two hands and a lot of love.
We developed this recipe together. Her and me. Marina Alibert and her son.
It wasn't a project. It was an afternoon in the kitchen, experiments, adjustments, shared tastes. And something simple that became, for us, an obvious choice.

A fleeting product. For an occasion that is not.

For Mother's Day, we wanted to do something different.
Not a sale. Not a promo code.
A recipe. Created with four hands, with my mother. Available for just a few days — time to celebrate those who deserve the best.

The inspiration behind the evidence

Growing up in Provence, I was fortunate to be around artisans who do things well. Really well.
Aix & Terra is one of them. For over 15 years, they have been producing taste at the heart of Provence — exceptional products, rooted in their terroir, made with rare precision.
This philosophy has always inspired me: to do local. To do beautiful. To do true. Never sacrifice quality for speed.
That's what we wanted to achieve with this edition. A product that has a soul, an origin, and an expiration date.
