📱 Access your loyalty area

1️⃣ Log in to your account

Go to your customer area and log in with the address used for your orders. You will receive a six-digit code. by email.

2️⃣ Discover your loyalty interface

Once logged in, click on the “Fidélité” section to access your rewards universe.

3️⃣ Check your balance and rewards

You will see your points balance, your French Mush VIP Club status, and your rewards already used or available.

Two buttons allow you to go further: « Redeem now » to transform your points, and « My history » to track your missions, points earned, and codes used.

🎁 How to use your purchase vouchers?

1️⃣ For a simple purchase or a new subscription

When validating the cart, select your reward in the “Rewards” menu or enter your code in “Discount code”.

2️⃣ For an ongoing subscription

1. Convert your points by clicking on “Exchange” from your loyalty space.

2. Copy the obtained code.

3. Go to your subscriber space (icon 👤 at the top right) then click on “Promo code”.

4. Paste your code and validate: the amount will be deducted from your next subscription order.

🧭 Practical tips

The purchase vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with an ongoing promotion.
The points and vouchers are valid for 12 months from their date of acquisition.
When exchanging for a product, add at least one other item to your cart. Only available for purchases on the site.

Minimum order amount:

€10 voucher → order ≥ €22
€15–25 voucher → order ≥ €50
€50 voucher → order ≥ €80
